Toolbar Not Updating - manual update
If you are behind a firewall or for some reason other reason that stops the auto updating of the toolbar XML file, you can download the latest Accessibility_Toolbar.xml [English version] file (suggest you right click and do a 'save target as'). Once downloaded replace the xml file that is currently in your "program files / accessibility toolbar" folder. Hey presto the toolbar is updated!
